48117_Amneal Code of Conduct-update 2023 R6.indd

November 2023 Speak up! We take your concerns seriously. You have an obligation to speak up if you become aware of a potential violation of the Code or of Amneal policy. When you speak up, you should feel comfortable and not fear retaliation. We will treat your concern as confidential, to the extent reasonable and in accordance with applicable law. We encourage you to speak up about the potential misconduct or violation as soon as possible in order to allow Amneal the opportunity to promptly investigate, address the issue, and to mitigate or eliminate any related risk. We hope all employees will feel comfortable raising concerns about actual or possible Code violations openly and directly with their supervisor or manager, but those are not the only options. Other channels include: • your department head, • your Human Resources representative, • a Corporate Compliance member, or • an attorney in the Legal Department. Ameal’s Speak up and reporting line, the Amtegrity Line, is an additional resource where you can raise a concern. You can report concerns 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You’ll speak to an independent operator who is not an Amneal employee, and your identity will not be shared with Amneal without your permission. In the United States call: +1-877-412-8817 In India call: 000-117 at the English prompt dial 877-412-8817 In Ireland call: 1-800-550-000 at the prompt dial 877-412-8817 Or visit: www.amneal.ethicspoint.com, or you can scan the QR code. Managers or supervisors have an additional level of responsibility. If an ethical issue or suspected violation of the Code or Amneal policy is brought to your attention, it must be promptly reported to the Corporate Compliance Department. Managers or supervisors must NOT investigate the issue. Who is covered by the Code? Our Code of Business Conduct applies to everyone at Amneal – directors, oficers and employees, as well as contingent workers and business partners who perform work on our behalf (collectively referred to as “colleagues”). The Code applies to all colleagues in all subsidiaries, divisions, and afiliates of Amneal, unless a written exemption was granted by the VP Corporate Compliance, General Counsel, or Board of Directors. As used in this Code, “Amneal” or “the Company” refers to Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and its subsidiaries and afiliates. Who is responsible for complying with the Code? All Amneal colleagues are expected to comply with both the content and the intent of our Code. This means you must seek understand and comply with all of our global policies, as well as Company policies, laws and regulations that apply to your job, even if you feel pressured to do otherwise. The Code also requires you to seek guidance if you have questions or concerns and to cooperate fully in any investigation of suspected violations of the Code that may arise in the course of your employment or other service to, or partnership with the Company. Periodically, you may be asked to provide a written certification that you have reviewed and understand Amneal’s Code of Business Conduct, comply with its standards, and are not personally aware of any violations of the Code by others. This certification is your pledge to live up to our Code and its expectations and to promptly raise concerns about any situation that you think may violate our Code. Colleagues who violate our Code put themselves, fellow colleagues, and Amneal at risk and may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of such colleague’s employment or other role with the Company.
