International Women’s Day 2024

On March 8, we celebrated International Women’s Day. This year’s theme is: ‘Inspire Inclusion(Opens in a new tab)‘. We are proud of the culture we are intentionally creating together. A culture built on belonging, care for our team members.

We are proud to have a diverse workforce that includes many talented and accomplished women. We are honoring the contribution of women throughout history, the strides we have made for gender equality, and acknowledge the work that still needs to be done.

Acknowledging our Progress

Some of the progress we’ve already made under the banner of AmnealWomen (our women’s employee resource group):

• Our AmnealWomen pilot program advanced to become our company’s first official employee resource group (ERG) with chapters in the US and India.
• We delivered a dynamic series of training and development sessions with internal and external speakers for our AmnealWomen members. Topics covered globally included: ‘I Am Remarkable’; ‘Communicating with Gravitas’; and ‘Intentional Career Pathing’.

We’re excited to see what else we will accomplish in 2024!
